I just started a great book "The Recovery Book" by Al J. Mooney, MD - his parents (dad was an MD too) were addicts as are his siblings. He says he's not "yet"...going to be a great read. I can tell.
So instead of sitting in a casino, I am going to get in my robe and enjoy a few hours with it. Of course my house needs a super deep cleaning but I am going to try to ignore that. (new behavior for this perfectionist)
Let's all hang in there.
Love,
Paula
