'Doing other 'things helped me when' doing the same thing haunted me..
Insane , not thinking sanely takes time to overcome.. Gambling 'as they say 'warps minds.
Sinking in now eh?.. I know. it sure can be an awakening ';but dismissed on a plan of a bet..too.....Least that 'was my behaviours 'when 'in Action or 'leaving that 'mode .
It took me time to 'get Clarity to Stay..
Patinece..Faith and Trust that it all Passes..
Be well gams5

Rolling Stones.. Okay..

'INsane. My mind 'was sane on second, insane with irrational thoughts the next.
I called it the Ping and the Pong. (no net ).
Time reduced those thoughts as Clarity 'was clearing the fog..
As each day was built from another 'day . Keeping busy.. Keeping Simple ..Today NO Bets.
Then to 'repeat what worked the best for me.
Some days though 'were filled with gloomy feelings of ':Is it going to get better?.
Faith.. was my fuel. Blindly ;but onward..
Every day 'that I kept to 'setting lists in place. Not sitting too long in one spot 'thinking. Off my pattoties 'doing what I failed to 'attend to while gambling .
It took me time.. Repeating good positive healthy chores. Debt repayment plans.
Going out and 'getting into 'the Community of life 'as simple sometimes as 'Lets go for a drive .. a coffee with my spouse..
As each moment was 'replacing that time 'only gambling lived..
My focus changed..
Today.. There are no thoughts to gamble..
No urges.. I still maintain Vigilence of 'I am a compulsive gambler and '1 bet would start the cycle of maddness again..

Saddly 'my gambling time 'ebbed due to 'not being able to keep a $1.00 ..That was my insanity.....MONEY HAD NO VALUE..
Be well. Sandra gams5..Have a Great DAy.
