It gets easier if you make a plan, address each and every trigger and what you plan to do next time confronted with that trigger. It gets easier if you use affirmations, journaling, artwork, volunteer some where, ban yourself from casinos and quit handling cash. It gets easier if you have a counselor to help you look at why you abuse or sabotage yourself. It gets easier if you learn to be a friend to yourself. But it will not get easier ever if you don't do everything and anything to get between yourself and your gambling. It is doable, but it takes commitment and a never say die attitude. Fight for your life, it is what you are fighting for. You must want it, feel you deserve it, like a dog wants bacon, enthusiastically, with all your heart. You can do this.
