It has been 10months since I have done any gambling. I drank too much last night, I cancelled my work that I was going to do the next day so I could go gambling. I woke up in the morning and was sooo happy I didn't go gambling or follow through with what I wanted to do. I did my work today that I needed to do, went home and made dinner and was very grateful I didn't go through with my thoughts. Alcohol is not my friend. I really need to stop drinking. When I drink I get those feelings of wanting to go gambling. Thank God I am at least $1000.00 ahead because that is what I had intended to take out of my account to throw away.

For NOT gambling and especially while drinking.
I know that when I drank at the casino, which wasn't often, man did I get out of control.
So I can only imagine how this could be a real big factor in RELAPSE.
