I just did not make it, after six weeks i end up back in the casino, I went monday and did not show up to work trying to win my money back, i went wednesday and still did not win, i went saturday and still did not get my money back. I am now back to where i started a big looser. What next?. I feel so ashame. I feel like i am cursed, some evil force is in control of my life. I need a way out of this feeling. I plan to do a million things and never can get it done. I need your advice.

Well, you are back here now and you don't have to worry, we've all been where you are more times than most of us care to admit.

Don't feel sad nor ashamed, feel happy that you realized that you were on a spiral going down again and you've managed to get off of that spiral and lets hope that you can STAY AWAY FROM THESE DAMNED PLACES that DO NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST in mind!

((((stopgamblin))))) Hey, we all know how you feel for sure. And at least you knew enough to come back here and share with us, admit your faults and I believe you did that cuz' you know there is hope to stop gambling if you really want it.
Can you get to GA meetings? What is your plan.. and what are you willing to do to stop again?
Hang in there, dont beat yourself up cuz' that will make it worse. Start over and remember we all do this the same way... One day at a time:-)

Thankyou both for the encouragement, I am planning to go back to GA meetings, i went several years ago but stop for no reason. I wish they have a process to go through that will make this sickness go away forever. I know its the mind and it is the hardest thing to heal. I pray daily asking god to take this sickness away, i sign out of the casino thinking it would help, and still i cant stop. Sometimes i feel like i am going out of my mind. I started the gym, i started school, and still those things dont help me. I dont know what to do again and i know i am the only one can help myself.

Stopgambling, we have all been there-gone back to those casinos even when we know the pain they cause. It defies logic, but guess what- We are all human. Continue the resolve-yes it stinks we can get pulled back into that gambling on a whim but all we can do is pick ourselves up and continue the fight. You stopped for 6 weeks, there were some things you learned in that I am sure. You relapsed, there is something to be learned in that too. So stand up and fight , we can do this together!
