Thank you very much for your good advice, i start it from now on and I'm on the way to the country side which is i just can work for survive. But one thing that i really worried is the debt that i can't solve. I committed myself to stay away from all kind of gambling and rebuild my life.
But if you can't get to GA meeting try a phone meeting or go to an AA meeting just think gambler whenever they are talking alcoholic.
You can at least try to stop by putting some roadblocks between you and your money. Reduce the amount you can take out through the ATM or have someone you trust handle your money and put you on an allowance.
Start writing out a journal of your feelings, especially when you have an urge to gamble. Write out a good-bye letter to gambling and re-read it whenever you have an urge.
If you do nothing and change nothing, it is guaranteed that nothing will change.
Centering your life completely around others is codependence and is another form of addiction. YOU need to be reason enough to want to save your life. You will be a better person for yourself and others later and it is the path to being whole within yourself.
It is a far stronger love to chose to be with someone not because you NEED them, but because you have mutual respect and unconditional love for each other.

I was at a group counseling meeting today. A birthday today, this woman had tried to commit suicide twice, she lived and her 1 year birthday was this week.
She said her friends still call her to go gambling, they want to give her birthday money and gamble. she said no, no , no, gambling is death, She had powerful words, Her life had turned around, she had a divorce, but she is happy today to not gamble today.
She said she will come every week to our meeting.

I am glad to see that your family stand strong and support you. I have no one support me here in Cambodia only myself, i just go to divorce this afternoon and i feel i lost everything of my life. Still pending alot pf debt. I committed myself not go to gamble but debt and lost family are killing me.
