you're off to a great start just by posting here.
we're pulling for you!
doing it the way you want to,
using your addicted brain to make the plan to stop,
You MUST do what is listed here so often,
get the money out of your control,
self ban if you can,
go to GA and here,
start working and praying an addiction program !!!!
You keep trying to use your will power to stop doing
a bad behavior that is so deeply ingrained that it will
take all the strength and a miracle to stop.
You must do what GA stresses you to do.
You must be around other recovering gamblers to
see what to do and how to act and to make a true
committment.
You have not made that deep and truest committment
yet as when you do, get enough and feel enough pain,
then you will decide that at all costs and however
you have to YOU will quit.
Read and read and read the posts here
and get busy on making it impossible for yourself to gamble.
Then keep coming here and reading and posting
and telling us how you are doing and
sharing and with each passing day it will become
more easy to keep away as you begin to feel what
real living is like once again, you have forgotten.
You are accepting what your addictive brain is
telling you is okay and it will take you right down the
tubes and it doesn't give a damn about you personally.
god bless
