I just think that if I'm going to put my money in a machine and feel lost and hopeless and like I am stupid and I am not smart enought to quit (these are words I tell myself when I get too carried away) I guess you can call it binge gambling. I don't know the term, but I can gamble with my set amount for a certain time, than one night I will just say "heck with it, I am just gonna see how lucky I can be" So I do go through my bad times with my addiction, but I am not going to the casino tonight is my motto. Because I usually go at night time. Day time is just too scary for me.
But the putting my money into savings has stopped me from going out to our casino. I saved 90 dollars last payday, Of course I used it for gas and laundry soap, but hey at least I didn't put in those machines.
I really don't know how long I have been with out the casino, but I do know that tonight I will not go out there. I can't make myself say I am never going to gamble again. It just seems to final. But if I just look at it one day at a time, and continue taking care of my family, home, children, career, and finances. I will make it day by day.
I have seen that I been feeling better about myself, and not so angry and so short with my family. It just seems that my family as a whole are coming together and we are becoming a unit. Last night for the first time in a long time we cleaned the house, and the yard. So spending time with family has been great.Tonight me and my son are going to take a weaving class together. So I have been keeping myself busy with family. Its really good.
Well my new friends I am going to go back to work. Thanks for listening. I am glad I found this sight.
