I understand living with guilt, living in guilt. Somewhere along the line, in my life, I decided it was easier to take the blame than to fight for myself, or was that how it always was before I realized it? In any case it's not true. I presented myself as a victim time and time again, I swear, behavior like that can become habitual. That is the fog. Habitual behaviors born from guilt and shame. Forgiveness doesn't come easy, self forgiveness is even harder to believe, but it's possible if we want it.
