So this weekend in Reno is Hot August Nights. We had to park in a casino parking lot just to get down to the parade of cars. We passed by several casinos on our walk and it didn't even phase me. I think this is getting easier. Then we went with my father-in-law, who flew in for this event from TX, and sat near the main bar where there are slot machines/video poker machines and once again, didn't phase me. I had my drinks and visited and not once did I think about gambling. I enjoyed I really expensive meal at the new Cheesecake Factory that opened and just overall had a really good time. I am hanging out today while they are at the big car auction since I didn't want to pay to go to that, but life is good. I hope it continues to be this easy. I know urges will come, but hopefully will go! Hope everyone else is doing great and those who are still struggling, please know it does get easier. Now if I could somehow get back into the routine I once had with working out, I would be in much better shape. I hate that I get so tired from walking around and cleaning house. I can't believe how much I let myself go! It's time to get a plan in place! I have been saying this for a year. Maybe my stinking headaches will go away :-) Have a great weekend everyone! Renee
