Sundays are now one of my favorite days of the week. Not too long ago 84 days ago, I woke up on a Sunday or I was coming home on a Sunday, from a long weekend of gambling.
This Sunday, I took my blind dog out in the car, propped her up in the window and drove around the neighborhood so she could poke her face out the window and feel the breeze. One of her favorite things to do, she is 15 years old, and just my sweet, sweet love.
Today, I got to enjoy Sunday, no regrets, no worries, no fear, no shame. I got to do Sunday, with my family, my sweet pups and the only reason I got to do it is, because I didn't go and gamble.
I'm so happy to be able to see for my blind dog, my eyes, are wide open.

i had a nice calm/fun/wine/friend filled weekend as well, dog is very happy / walked and we are just watching the sun go down.
i cannot believe the difference in my life
have a good night
no smokey building,
no racing heartbeat
no despair over money lost
no noisy environment
and no long drive home feeling like a losing fool...
who could ask for a better Sunday? lol
