I am Gamble free today for 11 days and it feels so good I don't even know how to explain it! However it scares me because I know that regardless how good I feel right now about myself, that feeling, that urge is ready to sweep over me at any moment. One little thought this morning has already crossed my mind. I have been able to just toss it aside, it was literally just swept through my mind. I praise to God everyday that I stay gamble free. I've been making a plan everyday before I go to work. I haven't carried anymore then $20 on me before I head to work because it's usually after work that I gamble at the casino. I'm a waitress and today I'm working a double which will bring in about 200 - $250. I'm not having any more urges it was literally something that swept over my mind but I've made a plan to ask a lady I work with who I trust to hold my money tonight if that urge does come back. Even though it's only 11 days I am proud of that accomplishment and that I am gamble free today.
