Well, I haven t gambled now since Sunday. I ve certainly wanted too and have tried. My cc was put on the restricted list because I charged over the 5000 limit with one last 500 dep Sunday. They want me to call about suspicious charges but I think I ll just leave it as is. It s happened before. I still have a debit card but I know that my bank shuts it down when overseas charges are made. It can be embarrassing to call and explain. I guess the silver lining is that I haven t gambled. Imm back to work today so that helps also. Maybe I should just work 7 days a week.lol. Maybe this will be the time I stop for good. Thanks everyone for all your support. It s very, very helpful. hang in there, you can do it. Im starting day 3 this morning , as I last gambled saturday. Im so nervous Ive made myself sick! I just have to think about all the bad things that come from my gambling and pray like mad that I dont go there today. Im gonna pace myself at work and try to remember to count all my blessings. And Im going to try to remember that I only have so much $ left in the bank and there will be some bills c oming in that I Have to pay, so I cannot blow any more at the casino. And, its gonna be a beautiful day here today, so maybe If I can sneak away it should be on my motorcycle for a little ride. I also need to remember to come here when I get the urge ... or call someone and ask for help. WE can do this, together.
Also, one time, at the casino I was withdrawing some cash, but the machine screwed up and my money never came out, but it still treated it as a transaction. So I called my CC company to tell them, and they asked me where I was, and I was sooooooo embarassed to say the casino.
FML lol.
