I'm so frustrated with myself. I've had a lot more stress in my life lately. So, I've been taking out my fellings at the casino. I went there tonight and thought of just spending a small amount, but we know how that goes...well, after spending all of my money, I decided to do a self ban right then and there from that casino (near work). Now, I can't go to it for a year and I can't go to the one by my house for a year as well. I'm actually relieved now since I can't go. Kind of odd, huh?

Congrats on the self ban. Doing that just proves how strong you are. Its like a gigantic weight has been lifted from you I'm sure! I banned myself from several different ones. Its very empowering!! Stay strong. You got this! Hugs Lisa

We always plan to spend less than we do. It's the nature of the addictive beast.

You did the right thing. Taking away the opportunity with the self ban.

Not odd at all. I am always relieved to put blocks in for myself. Kind of like the relief I feel when disclosing a dark secret. It is not longer a burden, no energy must be put into maintaining the false mask any more.
