I really like your plan for weekend! I am going to print it out and possibly use for myself. You are smart, you know what is good for ll2live and you can do it. I believe in you! And may my believe in you, not be a burden of responsibility for you (if you understand what I mean), but another stone you can step on and feel you have something sturdy to stand on and not just a quicksand around you. Forgive yourself, and enjoy your weekend. May your plans for a weekend you listed all come true and please share after. I know I'll be here to listen.

II2Live, you definitely have the right Idea. My weekend plans are as follows:
Today: I just got done working out. now i will watch TV, Invite a friend and drink some Coronas.
Saturday: Watch College Football, hopefully Michigan wins. Then do some homework.
Sunday: Class in the morning, and the rest of the day will be FOOTBALL!!!!!!!!
I wish everyone a happy weekend. Fuck the CASINOS, let them burn in hell. (excuse my language but it felt kinda good).
Wow, there are some great plans in store for y'all, and what's exciting is that not one included going to "the Hell Hole Of Despair". Hats off to all of you. Now let's see....what will I do this weekend:
1. Friday night has come and gone, and it was relatively quiet.. Got to spend some phone time talking with my kindred spirit in CA; thank you A for being there for me. Love laughing with you and sharing thoughts.
2. Another of my dear friends called and we discussed God and how we found our way back to Him. This was so peaceful and serene...it never ceases to amaze me the calm that enraptures my soul.
3. Saturday morning, in fact in a few minutes, I'll be headed to the Y; shoot a few hoops, a little rowing and biking to somewhere (stationery equipment, but the mind takes me to wonderful places.
4. Saturday afternoon-lunch with my sharp-as-a-tack 84 yr old Mom. Girl talk....which is something that has been missing all these years.
5. Tonight and tomorrow, well, I've got a pretty heavy discussion I need to have with my partner, as we've been struggling to keep our relationship a-float. But it needs to be had, and it will not be easy. but we will both push through whatever changes may come as a result of our decision.
Still in all...it is life, and I'm thrilled to be enjoying another 86,400 seconds of precious time being alive, and breathing in the beauty of all that surrounds me.
May you all enjoy your GF days-make them count...in the "Good" column.
Love to all, Tagg.
Monday: 1. Walk with dog in a park; 2. Visit to the BK attorney. 3. Do some cleanning; 4. Relax, watch TV; 5. Maybe, do a little shopping with my young one.
None of my plans worked for Monday:
1. Walk with dog in a park - slept late, didn't take dog to the park;
2. Visit to the BK attorney - informational, but outcome sucks.
3. Do some cleaning - came back from lawyer broken emotionally, fell asleep, slept for 5 hours straight.
4. Relax, watch TV - just a bit, no interest;
5. Maybe, do a little shopping with my daughter - fall brake is here. Even didn't see her until 7:30 pm, she was at her friends house whole day.
Plus, ate a lot and whatever my eyes saw. Gained at least 3 pounds today. I guess I will do some food therapy for few days.
Does all of the above going to be a trigger for me? Honestly, had a strong short term urge right after my appointment. But opened DS forum on my cell phone, read posts loud to my husband and together we felt better. I am not doing good right now, but I know it will get better. It will.. . I can feel He has a plan for me. just have to hope and believe. Vicky
