I won't go, I won't go, I won't go. I keep trying to discover things to do when this overwhelming urge hits me. Tonight I will take a shower, brush my teeth and get into my pajamas and then have a cocktail. lol. Seriously. I am fighting tooth and nail with that beast in my brain right now. So crazy. Hope everyone is having an easier night. Love
it was hard to let the urges in
after all
I was an expert at avoiding my feelings and
becoming addicted in the process,
now I have learned I must "walk through"
not even run,
just walk throught the urge and reall see and feel what it was like,
I recently typed out a journal entry about all the feelings of going to the casino and being there and then the infamous ride home.
All the feelings and emotions
and when I get an urge I just read this 'THING' and it is a pretty good deterent to ever wanting to go again,
let's all make better and healthier CHOICES for our lives.
God did not intend on us living like this, this is man-made hell.
