How I feel when I gamble...regretful, ashamed, anxious, crazy, disgusted, exhausted, defeated, guilty, hungry, tired, and unaccomplished. Why would I ever want to feel this again? I don't so I don't gamble for anything! I don't even believe that I can beat this but I want to prove myself wrong. I want to focus on serving others, joining a church, getting in shape, and saving money. Many people don't believe in me either. I want to prove them wrong. When I focus on these positive things I feel happy, fulfilled, calm, ambitious, beautiful, unselfish, determined, and I am setting a positive example. Seems like an easy choice to make.
Just thought I would share with everyone. Everyday is a battle right now. Keep making the right choices guys! It's so worth it.

The hell that was gambling for me has less and less appeal the more sane and enjoyable I make my life without it. Learning to love myself had a great deal to do with my gaining abstinence, thanks to hard work, good counseling and Louise Hay online talks/counseling.
