I am on day 2 of being gambling free. I have stopped going to casinos and using the free slot machine apps on Facebook. I am having a tough time not using the Facebook apps. I don't spend money on them but I can't do anything that reminds me of trying to win money. I have now replaced it with tons of word games. It's not the same, however, I don't want to flip out each time I lose a game. This is going to be an extremely long road. I have made a mess of my life. My credit rating is now horrendous, I am in financial ruins and my social life is non-existent. My dad is completely fed up with me so I basically have little to no support. I need all of you so I am glad you are here. Thank you.

we're here. message me if you need to. your post yesterday broke my heart. it reminded me so much of me wanting/needing my mother's approval until I finally accepted the fact that: my opinion of me mattered more than hers.....might sound cruel, but it really made a difference........finally started saying: I might have messed up, but I'm not a mess. might have lost, but I'm not a loser! my actions might be horrible, but I'm still a good person.

didn't mean to ramble. good for you: Day 2. every day, we get a chance to do a new thing, something different. now there!
