Well, today I received my renewal credit card in the mail. I wasn't expecting it and guess what happened? Stupid me took a lot of cash out and gambled it like I have done many, many times before.

I know from previous experiences that not having access to cash not only helps me not gamble but helps me realise the value of money and change my thought patterns. Anyway, I guess i must put it behind me and start fresh. I chopped the card up AGAIN so I won't be able to take cash out tomorrow to try and get my money back like I would normally do.

It seems every time I move forward and always end up taking a few steps back. I guess that is where consistency and abstaining all together is the way to go. I tend to binge gamble now which is basically the same as gambling all the time. A gambler is a gambler.

Am feeling a little low but just need to pick myself up and go again (stop gambling that is) and not beat myself over it too much!
