Hum not so sure I like the new format...but....guess the advertisments are needed....anyway I am glad for the opportunity to share my recovery with so many of you. It always give me a warm feeling to see someone post about their starting down the no gambling path. It is well worth the effort to get your life back... When I first decided to quit gambling all that I saw was a very large mountain that I knew needed to be climbed but didn't know how...found out it is just one step at a time and no matter how small that step might seem to be. It is one that needs to be taken because it may be the only step I can take....some times that step at the time which seems insigniicant can be the one that keeps me wanting to continue to walk and not fall. Read this in a book and think it is true..."There is wisdom in climbing mountains" So think I will keep putting one foot in front of the other up the side of the mountain.....Ain't going to gamble today and It is one day at a time
