Today I have been gamble free for 60 days and I am feeling great. I'm writing this post as an encouragement to all of us on the journey towards leading a gamble free lifestyle. Whether this is your first day or you are years into recovery, celebrate being gamble free and be proud of yourself for making better choices!!

What has worked for you?
I self-excluded myself from the casino that is just a couple miles from my home. There are other casinos in the area but they are all a drive and they are not non-smoking (I refuse to go into a smoking casino).
Though self-exclusion does not work for everyone, this has worked for me as I don't want to face legal isses for gambling.
The key is finding what works for you, everyone is different!
