That is a great suggestion about writing my last experience with gambling. That will be my weekend activity.
I always am so embarrassed about my frequent atm withdrawals or teller withdrawals. Withdraw $300 then back in an hour to withdraw $200 more and on and on until there is nothing left to withdraw. I'm sure the bank personnel know and I'm sure this is common because active gamblers deplete funds so fast. It is really no one's business about the money though.
One thing to add, can you deduct your gambling losses? That will help with reducing your tax payment.
I think it is important to know the numbers so it will prevent me from NOT living the truth and I can move forward. This way I cannot pretend or fool myself into thinking it is not that much. And then I will not slip and go back to my old life.
