I have read tons of books, and I have done several workbooks on gambling addiction. What are your favorite books, email sites, workbooks, poems, songs, movies, etc... To help motivate you to beat this gambling addiction?

I know right? It's not about gambling but it kind of is to me. I always want to do the easy thing. I always want to hit the snooze alarm. I always want to take the easy route. There is often a voice in my head saying "you can't do this". That video makes think "OH YES I CAN"

Dag nab it....my iPad does not have the capabilities to watch this video, LL.....but I surely intend to pick it up on my PC! The one thing I struggled with early on in my GF journey was the admission of being powerless over my addiction.

But through that admission of powerlessness there evolves a greater power....that of having the ability to overcome my urges through the power of making mindful and good decisions. That is what I held on to throughout my journey, and still do today. I have the power , desire and drive to not allow myself to succumb to the desperation and repair...if I make and hold true to wise choices in my life.
