hello friends. i havnt wrote a post in awhile. i do read the board almost everyday though. i just found out that after being open for 10 yrs the indian casino near me has decided to open a non drinking section with the legal age of 18 to gamble. i found this out thru a friend who said to me that there son could not wait to take his 18th birthday money to the casino! i almost threw up after hearing that! it made me so mad because i got reeled in back when i was 19 and that was the legal age in canada at their first casino. that is way to young to be responsible with rational thinking and can easily become addicted to almost anything. its been almost 20 years of hell trying to kick this evil addiction that i got introduced to as a teenager. i am so sickened by the 'family friendly' atmosphere that these gambling pits try to create. ohh wait excuse me they are 'gaming' establishments...i guess 'gambling' establishment sounds a bit unfriendly. im truly appalled by the whole gambling industries tactics to lure in more addicts. i hope i never give this evil industry another dollar of my hard earned money. thanks for reading...just needed to vent alittle since im steaming mad . i wish everyone on ds the very best in beating this beast...we all deserve better! take care everyone johnny
