A holiday where I'm not gone, sitting at a table and gambling? Reflection for me, of all the times, I would escape to the casino, many times, although it was a holiday, the casino would be full. I would wonder, where are their families? But, it was me, wasting away in a casino, instead of enjoying the day, the sunshine, and my family. I haven't placed a bet in 13 days, today. Sunday's have always been my day, to gamble, or my excuse to gamble, but this Sunday, I'm home, with my dogs, my daughter and I'm so grateful that I'm not sitting in a casino, alone with everyone else. It's a bright sunny day here in MN about 60 outside so I took my little blind wiener dog to the park for a bit. I had to find one that was flat and grassy so she could just run without getting hurt. She really enjoyed the sunshine and so did I. I don't need that crappy money waste of a dark and smokey place any more. No Thank you! Not me! It feels good to say that too!
