well girl guess i never was a prayer even though grew up christain. guess i had so many let downs in my life and it is what i make it. right now and always kinda balance on the edge. but yeah you are in my thoughts though.

I am not going to ask GOD to strength your weakness. I'm asking him to cast them out in the Name of Jesus! I know what you meant. You are asking that GOD protect you from your weakness. GOD can't take from us, that what we aren't willing to give. I've given things to him, then taken them back. Over and over with the same results. Prayer is what moves the hand of GOD and in spite of what you are feeling, seeing, hearing, tasting or smelling right now, he's already working it out! Were you too Hungry, Angry, Tired, Lonely which is an acronym for HALT. STOP! I've been all of the above at the same time and I was in real big trouble. In a prime position for a relapse! Today, I recognizes the devil devices and I'm no longer easily tricked in the area of gambling, the Casino however, I have other crosses to bear. There is no temptation that comes on us that GOD doesn't provide room for escape. There were times when I was headed to the Casino and I hadn't been there in so long I couldn't find it. I didn't ask for directions, I thanked GOD and went home. Times when I wanted a drink, on my way to the store, when the phone rang. After the conversation, the urge, my trigger was gone. well guess when i grew up god was always something to be feared like the devil himself. guess as a kid when your made to kneel in to rocks for hours at a time, had your ass and back subject to belts and strape, and your hands brought to stove burners all in the name of god ya dont see him as such a good thing. lol lol lol

DeWit, I'm so sorry that happened to you. That's why I'm careful when talking about GOD. I know that everyones introduction and views of GOD are different. The only reason why I mentioned GOD so much in this post is because Cloris opened the door. And if a person opens the door for me to talk, in detail about GOD's goodness, I'll do it. What was done to you was done by Man (human beings) and that is not who GOD is, although I can get that's the GOD of your understanding based on what horrible things were done to you, in the Name of GOD.
