I find that I sleep a lot more. My last day off I took 3 naps, gee made for a sleepless night. I find that while sleeping I don't have any triggers. Be that as it may, I don't really want to sleep my life away either.
Twenty five day is something to be proud of. We have come to the conclusion that we do have a challenge and we must put road block in front of us in order to beat this.
Don't you find that your mind is more clear? I do. The anxiety that I was feeling has subsided. I do feel the anxiety when I think about the dept that I must now pay off. I have to stop myself from beating myself up and just get on with the fact that this can be fixed. What other chose do I have?
Yes when I sleep I am totally at peace. No triggers.
And yes my mind seems clearer.
