DAYS, 28 days. Monday, at work, actually got sleep this weekend, because I wasn't out gambling, staying up all night, not eating, and of course, losing all my money. Today, is much better than the last several days, work helps me think about gambling less, than a Friday or weekend. Approaching the 30 day mark, and yes, I have butterflys, because of my past experience, almost getting 30 days, or just around the 30 day mark, I take off to the casino. I made plans for this coming weekend, to stay, very, very busy with family, my mom, daughter, sister, all spending the weekend together. I will be in a safe spot, and enjoying mothers day with my daughter and my best friend, my mom. I hope everyone is having a good GF day!!!!! xoxox

that is how I crossed the 30 day mark: kept so busy. lol. now I'm worn out from all that extra business, but it was worth it to add up some days, and get a break from my insane gambling. congratulations on your 28 days..........................we know you can make 30, one day at a time. you can!

My mother's day gift to myself is banning myself from the casino. Is this an option for you ? I too have had that '30 day' thing you mention and I have heard others mention it here as well.
It is SO important that we DO NOT go. Is there any way you can ensure you don't have any access to money to gamble with ?
Put up those roadblocks ! We will get through this and I for one will say that I dream of the day that I am 'normal' and happy again.and I WILL make it happen. You can as well. Don't go.
