What a wonderful Idea.....worry free Wednesdays! I love how it just rolls off the tongue...hearing the words immediately starts a feeling of tranquility.
I'm joining you for a worry-free Wednesday.....which is today! I've got tons of stuff on my plate, but there will be no worries.
I am thankful for:
- the blessing and dawn of this new day.
- staying focused and committed to a gamble free day
- the blessings, prayers and support of my family and good friends
- this wonderful cup of java that I am sipping right now
- having a job, a roof over my head, wheels that get me where I need/want to go
- my DS family and this forum....for without you, who knows what troubles I might be facing
- for reconnecting with the good man upstairs, who takes care of all the things I have no power over.
This has been a very soothing few minutes, taking inventory of things I have and savoring in their delight . Perhaps I will add more, but for now I must get busy working!!
Reporting live from Mt. Laurel NJ.....
This is Worry Free Wonder Woman....
PS: Thanks again, L2L. for the declaring Wednesdays as Worry Free
PSS: Hello, Miss Vicky, HDE - that cat is living rather dangerously, perched on a "balance beam" high above the city lights!!! But he's looking cool as a cucumber......like he's grounded . Just like his owner-keep up the terrific posts!!!
But I will make it worry free Thursday today. What the heck I have to worry about, - none! And whatever came with it just called Life. Hooray to Life and it precious Glory! Ok, I feel better now.
So,... Worry Free Thursday, for me, it is!
Great Day to all!
Vicky
We had big snow storm yesterday and first my electricity was out and when it finally came on my internet was out... I work from home so this is a big deal to me! Then, a tree fell on my propane tank and I was sure I was going to blow up since it's right next to my office. Then late in the evening, my grown son that just moved back in after deciding to change universities, acted like a total jerk!
The good news is that none of it made me feel like gambling and I guess all of the drama of the day kept me from thinking about money problems!
Hope you all had a nice worry free day and I'm going to try again next week!
