just short of 6 months...meetings are great, i am bouncing back financially, i went back to gym lost 12 lbs...started dating again, and getting back into life, i feel for those still in action, i believe GA saved me, but i was ready, i know so many who go to GA and still relapse, for me, it was do or die time, i had no more rebuttles in my head, go have fun, NO, go you deserve it, NO, go you have the money, NO, go no one will know, NO, its what you enjoy, NO...after a while i just felt it was so far gone, serving me nothing, not even escape time, so my switch in my got flipped, and it's easy to stay away now, no more struggle, no more cravings, just a full honest knowing and inventory of my soul....i deserve a great life, better than sitting in a casino.....best to all...I'll check in every one in a while
There is no GA within 2 hours of me but this group helped me last time thanks for the motivation.
