There is no magic in today. Let's not decide that it's a lucky day... or let the junkie voice convince us that it is. It's just another Wednesday and besides there is no luck involved in gambling. If there was, we'd all be rich because we all deserve good luck :)

What's life gonna be like for us on 12-12-13? I see mine as poor but happy :)

The days of believing in lady luck are over for me...no more lucky shirt, lucky parking space, lucky time of day, lucky whatever!

I choose to work hard instead.

I'm also really trying to identify feelings in my life and deal with them instead of running from and ignoring them.

Finding this site has been the best 'luck' I've ever had.

So right, indeed, L2L...the only magic to this day is staying away.

P, lmao with your comment of "lady luck"...reminded me that back in the days when it was fashionable to have a CB radio in your vehicle (yes, I did try to outrun smokey), you'll never guess what my handle (name) was.....Lady Luck!!!!!! Ugh, ain't that a kick in the pants!

I was very close to going today! I talked myself out of it. The last few times I slipped I have felt so bad and as I sat in my car afterwards I took out a piece of paper and wrote down all my feelings at that moment. The amount of money I just threw away, and how stupid I felt, ect, ect, I wanted to remember how very sick I feel when I leave. Tonight, I wanted to go there again... It was 12-12-12 and they were temping me with "Free drawings" and cash prizes that I would never win anyway! I took out my notes from my last few visits and I read them. I guess it helped me because after reading about how I felt the last time I went, I did not want to go.

I was looking at the discussion topics today and thought.. Would I consider 12-12-12 lucky for me? No. Actualy 13th is always been treating me better, than #12. Just wanted to share it.
