Every vacation I am on is good, because I am on vacation! LOL!
During the summer we went down to the Wildwood, NJ and had a great time with family and friends. Wildwood is a beach resort in souther NJ.

I agree every vacation is good, because it is a vacation. Last summer, I took the grandkids and my daughter and daughter in law to Legoland and then to Clearwater to see Winter (dolphin) We had lots of fun and the best part seeing the excited faces and smiles of my grandkids.

We use to go to Maui for a month every year. I so loved it there. We even discussed moving to there when my Man retired. To describe Maui. Well it is like Paradise every day. The temperature was just perfect. The local people were so friendly and accepting of us being there. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. Seemed like you could always tell the tourists apart from the residents. The tourists dressed up. I "dressed up" only when we went out for dinner. Besides going to church Maui was the only place that really restored my soul. To slow down and not having to hurry always took awhile for me. My family ,teenagers, also seemed to relax and just enjoy themselves. Going for a walk we always felt very relaxed and safe. It truly was and is a real slice of Heaven right here on earth. Every year when discussing where we wanted to go it was always Maui. We probably should have taken our children to other places. But their vote was always Maui.

I have to say all 'vacations' are good. I can have a good time anywhere!
We went to Florida two years ago to see friends and had a wonderful time. They live in a wonderful community with golf courses(I don't play) swimming, fishing, lots of shopping and wonderful restaurants. Lots of fun. Went to Sea World one day.

@Yrod, that is the way I feel about Kauai. I loved Maui too, but Kauai stole my heart.
