I cannot make lasagna. It always comes out too soupy. I have given up on trying to make it.

@jbtwin my lasagna sometimes comes out a bit soupy too. I find if I add less sauce and more noodles it helps...also I add spinach and paremesan cheese (dry) to it...seems to help thicken it up a bit.
Best is make it the day before then let it sit in the fridge it will thicken on it's own when the cheese hardens...I use a block of marble cheese and a block of old cheddar...the drier the old cheddar the better

the worst thing I ever made was corned beef and cabbage, I tried to make it like my step dad used to. I am not sure if I cooked the corned beef wrong or bought the wrong kind but it was tough and fatty and blaw...to bad because that was a comfort dish he used to make me and it reminds me of him

Now corned beef and cabbage I can make. Put corned beef in large pot, fill pot with water to just cover the corned beef, add the seasoning to the pot (the ones that came with the corned beef), heat until it boils, then cover pot and simmer for about 3 hours. After 3 hours, add cabbage, and simmer for another 45 minutes. Hope this helps you Maika.

I tried to make a spanish omlette, but it ended up being scrambles eggs with salsa, it was horrible.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
