Having left overs today ...

That recipe doesnt appeal to me but Debbie's corn, potato salad, baked beans does.

I have the makings in for my fav pizza, want to try it in the NuWave oven!
toppings: lots of fresh mushrooms,
fresh minced garlic,
extra thick bacon,
3 cheeses
and any kind of olives.
You have talked me into making it.

YES ~ The brown tomatoes ARE heirloom and have low acid robust taste to them. I paid $2.99 for a box of 6 at Market District Giant Eagle. They are a medium size tomato.

I went to Trader Joe's today and as always found tempting deals. They had an individual pizza that only has 250 calories! Carol's sounds like heaven though.

I also found Farfalle(bowtie pasta) with 4 lowfat cheeses. They had samples and it's to die for. I always try their samples and usually end up buying some of whatever they serve that week.

I'm thinking Carol's pizza is a splurge. I may need to come up there and share it with her. Less bad stuff for her that way!

I do read the labels at the sample booth, but so far everything has been healthy. Well except for the chocolate torte with cream during Christmas. It was in a tiny condiment container though. OOPS!
