There are times we get so busy
we neglect those we most love,
and a sadness fills their being
only healed by God above.

Life can pass so very quickly
and we one day realize,
had we not been so self-centered,
we'd have valued family & Friends ties.

Taking time to say I Love You,
is there something i can do,
for to me you are so special,
I've just failed not telling you.

Very often all that's needed
is a sweet and simple smile,
or a hug can just do wonders,
we must go the second mile.

There are treasures took for granted,
sons and daughters, husbands, wives,
mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers,True Friends,
those we loved throughout our lives.

Patience tells us, don't be angry,
wisdom says, try understand,
Hope says, never quit believing,
love says, I'm the perfect plan!

There's a day when all your strivings
then will cease to be no more,
so take time while you still have it,
show love to those you adore.
