How is the presidency decided if neither candidate gets 270 Electoral votes?





                                  

 The Supreme Court decides                              

 The Senate decides                              

 The House of Representatives decides                              

 A runoff election is held

boy good question....I think maybe the supreme court decides because they over saw all that crap about dimpled chads years ago when Bush won....

This Is The Answer I Have ~ If no candidate receives a majority of Electoral votes, the House of Representatives elects the President from the 3 Presidential candidates who received the most Electoral votes.

Each state delegation has one vote.

The Senate would elect the Vice President from the 2 Vice Presidential candidates with the most Electoral votes.

Each Senator would cast one vote for Vice President. As of 2016, the House of Representatives has elected the President on two occasions, in 1801 (Thomas Jefferson) and in 1825 (John Quincy Adams).
