Friends til the end Community Group
A group for those of us here who get more from our friendships than from the available discussion groups. A place to be accepted and appreciated for who we are. Somewhere to always feel safe and know that especially on the bad days we are here for each other .A place for encouragement and love.

NONE OF THE ABOVE. WHAT I DISLIKE THE MOST IS HOW COMMERCIALIZED THE TIME HAS BECOME. PEOPLE SEEM TO FORGET THE TRUE MEANING OF THE SEASON. THEY THROW A DOLLAR IN A COLLECTION BUCKET AND THINK THEY HAVE DONE A BIG THING. PEOPLE ARE HUNGRY ALL YEAR LONG - NOT JUST AT CHRISTMAS. TRY INSTEAD, OFFERING TO BRING A FULL BAG OF FOOD TO A FAMILY (YOUR CHURCH WILL GIVE YOU A NAME) ONCE A MONTH. IT IS JUST BETWEEN YOU AND THEM AND YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE HELPING. MY GIFT THIS YEAR WAS WHEN MY FAMILY TOLD ME I DIDN'T HAVE TO BRING THEM FOOD ANY MORE. THEY HAD BOTH GOTTEN JOBS AND SUGGESTED I BRING MY OFFERING TO ANOTHER FAMILY IN NEED. THAT REALLY WARMED MY HEART.

I agree with Simply - none of the above. What makes the holidays so successful is how many cards can Hallmark sell and how many VISA gift cards can the bank sell. Ask any child what the holidays mean and they will tell you 'toys' 'toys' 'toys'

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
