Kinship (blood) does not necessarily mean friendship. Often it means disappointment and hurt. We often do not treat our family members with the same regard we do our friends. I know I don't.

We love our Kinship cuz it is the right thing to do, does not mean we like them always.

We love and like our friends cuz we want to do so.

That is my humble opinion. ;-*)

On the other hand my mom and I are best friends. I still respect her as mom but the relationship has evolved into a special one. Some friends I love like sisters. I never had one in real life so maybe that's the reason. Some of my kin I woulddn't wish on my worst enemy.....I guess the lines blur on this one for me.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
