I never could & now I can barely stand up. Funny you mention tap dancing, I called the town I lived in w/Sara asking about handicap activities. The 1st newsletter went in-depth about linedancing (I could just see me on one leg).

I took tap and ballet when I was like 4 or 5 so I can tap about as well as a 4 or 5 year old.
