I did it so that means I can

I can get out of bed
I can address my issues
I can stay free from my addictions

Very pertient. My illnesses, when I am down (and today is one of those days, due to chronic sleep problems) tell me it's all f'd, I can't do it - very convincingly, when of course I have Done It, got through, survived, learned from, on thousands of days. I couldn;t have reached 43 otherwise!!
