Around the corner
AzSherryberry
04/30/2010
Around the corner lies the unknown
It may bring light or may be black
How I long to know what's up ahead
Tho if I did I might turn back
Around the corner when I arrive
there stood before me
a most frightening sight
an attempt I made for clarity
Around the corner there I stood
afraid to move lest I fall
into that pit so dark and deep
no different route around at all
Around the corner I bowed my head
sending God my deepest cry
I cannot avoid this all alone
the abyss behind in the meadow I lie
