HERE IS A TIMESAVER WHEN STUFFING A BIRD. INSTEAD OF USING THOSE METAL POINTED TRUSSING WRAP AROUND TO KEEP STUFFING IN. JUST USE THE HEAVY ROUNDED TOOTHPICK W/ POINTS ON BOTH ENDS. CRISSCROSS STRING ACROSS PICKS TYING LITTLE KNOTS. WHEN THE BIRD IS COOKED, PULL OFF THE TOOTHPICKS/THROW AWAY --NOTHING TO WASH. OVENTOASTED BREAD IS THE BEST STUFFING STARTER. GOOD EATING!!!
