Cookfest Today

I am off today, but work a long full day tomorrow, so I have an annual cookfest planned for today to get ready for Easter.   Potato salad, Homemade mac and cheese  (with crunchy topping), carrot pineapple cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and yellow cupcakes with coconut sprinkled frosting (and some piped with strawberry cream)


Will take a big chunk of my day, but I do love to cook.  happy Easter everyone.   :)

My sister and her family and nephew's in laws... 14 of us on Easter. The mac and cheese is for stbx and I since we will have no leftovers on Sunday

(My boss has been whining for cupcakes too... so I will sneak a few to work to humor him. )
