Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...
I have done exactly the same thing with other food items because I think I am strong enough and I think I can be normal but thinking is just no guarantee that you will actually carry the thought out. Be strong and do yourself a huge favour by getting rid of them. Take care.
As for your husband getting mad about it, maybe you need to be straight forward and tell him what a battle this is for you. He may be more understanding than you think. If not you still need to do the best thing for you, let him think you ate them all. You know you didn't.
