Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...
I don't know if those play a role in my eating disorder or not, though.
I know that there are a lot of emotional reason why I eat, so my eating disorder comes as a result of that, for sure.
But, like I said, I don't know if my medical problems contribute to an eating disorder....sometimes, I think they could contribute, because they cause hormonal imbalances (espcially the tumour), and the hormones could drive me to eat, I think, as a way to deal with and correct those imbalances.
