Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...
And especially to you- congratulations on reaching that three month mark. That's HUGE. :)
:-)
I guess I ate pretty bad last week, cause I gained some back, again! So I really only lost 2 pounds, now. Oh, well - I'm back on track. I've been eating low-cal all week, so hopefully the weight will start to come off now! I'm planning on continuing eating low-cal until I loose at least 20 or 30 pounds. I think I can do it! I've spent 3 months learning how to be a normal eating, I think now I'm more prepeared for a diet.
