Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...

At a glance cocaine looks as related to sucrose as it is to some amino acids.
Ruddy GMO Swindlers! :X
Sometimes when you look at a website it just screams that the person has some kind of axe to grind but no real understanding of what they are talking about.Worse still they are trying to sound scientific for the purposes of extracting money from people.
You need to understand that while a number of such websites glossily denounce mainstream medication etc they are in fact then making money out of their "alternative" and "natural" products, books etc.
I followed one of the claims made on one of the sites to it's source and it goes to a well known quack "doctor". Even if you were to be outrageously generous and accept his claims, there is sufficient evidence from consumer reports that he and his organisation are dishonest, e.g not providing the refunds despite the 100% money back guarentees.
One of the easieist ways to get money out of the distrustful is to offer some kind of alternative, create a website, claim that the mainstream are wrong and conning you, throw in a few of your cronies websites, add some pseudo scientific rubish and then cash in.
What I don't understand is if people are distrustful of the mainstream why aren't they equally distrustful of people that provide alternatives? Especially as those people don't actually have to follow the same rules and controls as the medical world.
(oh and by the way the reason why alternative suppliments / medications aren't regulated is that the industry lobbied US govenment and had a multi-billion campaign making out that the government was going to stop people from buying vitamins - which was not true - I can find an example advert if you like)
