Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...
Lord give me the grace to heed your call. Let my weakness be your strength. Use me to bring others to you. Amen
It's great that you have discovered something that you'd rather do other than binge. A good thing to do now would be buy/rent some Joyce Meyer dvds/cds or get some hymns on cd and when you start to binge or are thinking about doing it you put them on straight away! If their inspiration has stopped you before it can again, or at least take you out of your trance like state of mind so you can think clearly about the decision you're making to eat.
Good luck! :)
