Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...

L - yogurt with wheatgerm, V8, almonds
Sn - apple
S - I'll be having chicken, squash, brown rice, asparagus
I work tonite, so I know things will go well eating-wise, as they usually do on Mondays. Not much chance to eat anything other than my planned meals.
Excercise - tread mill for 30mins.
I can't believe I forgot post yesterday, or maybe because I felt like it wasn't even worth it. I was in your boat. I don't even want to make a list of what I ate between breakfast and then my cousin's Christening. Let's just say my stomach hurt so much this morning, I started throwing up in the shower.
So...Monday...start anew...and this is going to be the last time, because after hearing that ED meeting on Sat, "I'm quitting once!"

SN - 100 cal balance bar
post gym snack of milk with Pria post-workout supplement in it
I know someone said we're loosing steam. Today's Oct 15th. Halfway through the month. Maybe that will jumpstart us!

D-spicy black bean veggie burger w/soy pepperjack cheese
I have to go to school tonight, I am usually starving when I get home at 10. I am going to bring a fiber one bar with me just in case
