Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...

Went and worked out at the gym for over an hour today!
And yes, Marah, like Jillian said, we can all relate to that "off" feeling. Hope you feel good again soon!!

The yuck bloated feeling has gone, didn't feel "fat" in my gym clothes. Feeling "fat" in my gym clothes has actually prevented me from going in the past. Can you believe that? What logic, huh!!
We have just begun daylight savings in Australia, we wind our clocks forward one hour so we get an extra hour of sunlight at night. It's great! Will make the best use of it this week by going for a walk after dinner each day.
